Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To get started, email [support email] with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is the customer responsibility.

Exchanges

Want a different color or size? Email [support email] within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at [support email] within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo so we can make it right.
